TUITION METHODS: All Diplomas
The Diploma is offered primarily as a correspondence course which consists of a series of specially designed subject guides, five of which are required for the Diploma, and a further five for the Higher Diploma. In addition, Higher Diploma students must successfully complete a dissertation.
The subjects are based on Learner Controlled Study Techniques, which allow students to set their own pace during their studies and which take into account the differences in various students knowledge, experience and learning abilities.
ASSIGNMENTS
Although assignments are voluntary, students are strongly urged to submit two per subject to help them prepare for the exam.
A student who succeeds in the prescribed examinations receives a Diploma in Personnel Management, Training Management, Labour Relations (DipPM, DipTM or DipLR) or the Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management (HDipHRM)

VALUE OF DIPLOMAS
After many years of development and diploma administration and examination, IPMZ Diplomas are well regarded by employers as practical, relevant qualifications for positions in personnel work. This can be seen by noting the number of personnel vacancies in the media requiring an IPMZ Diploma.
